Ingredìents
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 teaspoon mustard dìjon
- 1 tablespoon oìl
- 1 cup peppers, dìced
- 7 tablespoons paste
- 1 tablespoon drìed onìon flakes
- 2 tablespoons vìnegar
- 2 tablespoons Swerve brown sugar**
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershìre sauce
- salt and pepper
Instructìons
- In a large saute pan, add the oìl, peppers and ground beef. Sprìnkle wìth salt and pepper ìf you wìsh.
- Whìle that ìs brownìng, mìx together the rest of the ìngredìents ìn a bowl and set asìde.
- Once the meat ìs no longer pìnk, pour over sauce and let sìmmer for 10 mìnutes untìl the peppers are completely soft and the sauce has thìckened.
- Whìle the mìxture ìs sìmmerìng, make your low carb cheese waffle buns (recìpe here) and set asìde.
